Practice and Resources

Completion requirements

It is helpful for each lesson to end with some activity for the learner to do in order to solidify their learning. For example, at the end of this lesson, you are encouraged to submit a proposal to Kingswood Learn. Similarly, if there are supplemental resources that would help a person dig deeper into the subject matter of the lesson, they can also be placed at the end of the lesson. These could be books or links to videos and other material on the web.

Ideally, your practice activities would take a variety of approaches and involve different learning styles. Here are some examples of the kinds of practice activities that you can have participants in your course do:

  • Reflections
  • Interviews
  • Research
  • Journaling
  • Projects
  • Puzzles
  • Role-playing
  • Case studies
