Upon completing the lesson video, reflect on the following questions, either individually or as part of a group discussion:
- How would you handle an 'EGR' (Extra Grace Required) person in a meeting?
- Discuss strategies to encourage participation from quieter members in meetings.
- Reflect on how a facilitator can balance managing dominant personalities and encouraging diverse viewpoints.
- Can you recall a meeting where conflict was handled effectively? What made it successful?
We get a little annoyed as the meeting facilitator when people don't arrive on time...but you're annoying the entire team when you don't finish the meeting on time.
