Are all human beings intrinsically valuable, no matter how evil they might be?

I certainly agree with you that all humans are inherently valuable. God has a purpose and plan for everything and everyone that He created, and you state correctly that our value is determined by God, not based on what we do or our circumstances. We do not have be good or do good for God to see us as good. Unfortunately, many in this world believe that a person’s value is based on his financial position, leadership status, visual attributes, fame, race, background, gender, and many other characteristics that are valued more than others within our society. In today’s world there is a very stratified view of the value of a person, and we assign value in ways that are entirely different than the ways God does.
