Practice: Getting a Band Together

Completion requirements

This lesson sampled two key areas of discipleship: discipling our children and being in small discipleship groups. Take stock of your interaction with these two areas. Do you have children? If you do, are you intentionally and actively discipling them? If not, who is? If you do not have children, are there opportunities for you to participate in your church’s or context’s nurturing of young people in faith? Pray about volunteering.

Are you part of a small group that involves accountability and discipleship? Fellowship is important, too, but do you have a context where your faith is enriched on a deeper level? If not, consider finding a small band-like group to join or start one yourself.

Write up your reflections and upload them to the course using the option below.
