- When considering the leadership model that your church currently functions in, does it lean more toward the “Loan Ocer” model or the” Carver Governance” model? Identify and list at least 2 key steps that can be taken to move your church into a more unified and successfully functioning governance model.
- List at least three specific examples that your church leadership model is providing beneficial boundaries for your Senior Pastor to function in? How are these boundaries benefitting the church? How are these boundaries benefitting the pastor? How are these boundaries benefitting the governing leaders?
- List at least 1 specific way/boundary that your church leadership is not empowering your Senior Pastor, and is an area that needs to be prayerfully addressed to create more effectiveness for his or her ministry. What are some steps that can be taken to make this item more empowering for your pastor?
