In preparation for this assignment, be sure that you have read Chapter 10 in the textbook, “Holiness and Human Sin.”

Now read John Wesley’s sermon, “The New Birth.” Write 300-600 words based on your reading both summarizing what Wesley and the textbook indicate is the nature of the image of God in humanity and also your reflections on these descriptions. How would you preliminarily relate these concepts to your life and the lives of others today? Do you see these dimensions to the image of God in your life and the lives of others?
