Take a moment to review a worship service that you have recently led. If you are not currently leading worship, then review a worship service in which you have participated. Your evaluation should include the following elements:

• What metric are you using to evaluate the service? Give an explanation for why you have chosen this metric as well as what success would look like in relation to it.
• What was positive about the service in relation to the metric?
• What are some areas in which the leading of the worship service might improve?
• What advice would you give yourself (or to the worship leaders of the service) with regard to future evaluating of services?
