Practice Lesson 3

As was mentioned in the first lesson, there will be an opportunity to get a badge at the end of this MicroCourse. In that final project, you will put together an entire plan for a Bible study based on what you have learned throughout the course.

For this installment, imagine that you are going to lead a twelve-week Bible study that meets once a week. Pick a biblical text to study. Lay out the topics for each of the weeks. Decide whether it will be a straight use of the Bible or whether you will use a group resource as a guide for your study. Identify several resources that you will use behind the scenes. 

• How will you prepare in the lead-up to the start of the Bible study? 
• Identify the steps you will take with what resources. 
• Write up your preparation and proposed schedule for the study. 
• Upload them to the course.
