Have you ever sensed a weight of oppression? Perhaps you had an uneasy feeling that you couldn’t quite pinpoint where it was coming from. Perhaps there was nothing obvious in your physical environment causing the feeling. You just had an uneasy feeling.

This course calls for a balance between seeing the Devil everywhere and seeing him nowhere. After a little time in prayer, try to identify any times or places in your life where you think Satan or his minions might be at work oppressing you. Bathe your time of reflection in prayer.
