Take a moment to reflect on your journey as a leader. Think about the times you've naturally taken charge, the moments you've stepped back to listen, and the situations where you've served others. This reflection is about connecting your personal experiences to the leadership styles discussed in the lesson.

Reflection Questions

  1. Identifying Moments of Leadership: Can you recall a specific instance where you took a leadership role by choice or necessity? Describe the situation and your approach.
  2. Comparative Analysis: Compare your experience with the autocratic, democratic, and servant leadership styles. Which style(s) does your approach most align with? Why?
