    In the final lesson, you will recognize the importance of empowering others to take ownership of the change process. You will learn how to follow-up on difficult conversations and to ensure that mutually agreed expectations are being implemented. You will develop skills to build accountability in the change process, as well as to celebrate progress toward change.

    By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:

    1. Explain empowerment in the context of leadership and its significance in achieving organizational objectives.
    2. Recognize the limitations of trying to accomplish tasks alone and the benefits of delegating and empowering others.
    3. Articulate the steps involved in the empowerment process.
