In this lesson, we come to grips with the reality of spiritual warfare. The Lesson suggests three ways that Satan can try to hide so that he can attack us at will without us paying attention. Yet God has not left us defenseless. The lesson ends by reminding us of the “armor” that God has given us to defend ourselves against the Devil’s attacks and, indeed, go on the offense with the sword of the Spirit (Eph. 6:10-17).

The lesson aims to equip you to:

1. Identify three ways in which the Devil can try to trick individuals from acknowledging him and his work.
2. Be motivated to put on the whole armor of God so that we can win in the fight against the evil one.
