  • Lesson 4: How can we honor God with our bodies?

This Lesson investigates the concept of the sanctification of our bodies, understanding them as both a divine gift and a responsibility. Drawing from key passages in the New Testament, we are reminded that our bodies are not mere vessels but instrumental in our spiritual journey and relationship with God. We will underscore the importance of moral purity, self-control, and aligning our physical desires with God’s values. Additionally, we explore Paul’s teachings in Romans about offering our bodies as living sacrifices, emphasizing a life characterized by love, service, and personal holiness.
