In this lesson, we discuss the model of how church leadership functions. The big question is: “Who is responsible for What?” We consider two different types of leadership models: 1) the “Loan Officer” Model, 2) The Carver Governance Model (“What are our boundary principles?" and “What are our goals?”), The success of a good church leadership model is found when the Senior Pastor and the church governance leadership are mission-focused and in alignment.
