In this lesson, we discuss what makes a great performing team. We consider the following three questions: What would it look like for our church governing body to become a high-performance team together? How would we work towards that? And How would we know when we got there? We discuss the importance of mutual voluntary submission to one another (Ephesians 5:21). We also discuss what it means to be a leadership discernment community.
