In this lesson, we discuss the importance of affirmation in church leadership. It is so important, as a linchpin leader, to provide support for your pastor publicly, privately, and personally. The pastor protects the vision, and the leadership team protects the pastor. The board represents the pastor’s leadership to the congregation; they do not represent the congregation to the pastor.
