On the Day of Pentecost, when the crowd realized what they had done, their immediate reaction was, "What should we do?" Now that you can see how fundamental the full participation of women is in the ministry of the church biblically and theologically, what are we going to do about it? This lesson also highlights the stories of women who have served and are currently serving in ministry in The Wesleyan Church.

1. Leave gender out of the question of calling but say yes to anyone who is called.
2. Empower women who are called so that they can overcome any obstacles that are thrown their way.
3. Strategize to see local churches become more accepting of women as their pastors
